The following terms outline the conditions for using the website (“the Website”) operated by ThinkUser Ltd. (“the Company”). Please read the terms carefully before starting to use the website. The Company owns the Website, which includes, among other things, databases, news from various fields, and graphics.

- Users have up to 6 months from the date of content publication to submit claims. Repeated publications count from the first instance.
- No waiver by the Company shall constitute a precedent or limit its rights unless explicitly stated in writing.
- The Terms benefit the Company and its representatives. The Company may assign these Terms to any legal entity without notice.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be replaced with a valid clause closest to the original intent, without affecting the enforceability of the rest.
