Accessibility Statement
Our Commitment to Accessibility
www.thinkuser.co.il is committed to making its digital services accessible to the entire public, including people with disabilities. We invest efforts and resources to ensure that the website is accessible, clear, and easy to use.
We act in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments for Service), 2013 and the Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the WCAG guidelines. Our goal is to comply at least with WCAG 2.0 Level AA, and where possible, also with relevant components of WCAG 2.1 Level AA.
What Has Been Implemented on the Website
- Semantic structure of the website pages and headings (HTML) for screen readers.
- Full navigation by keyboard, including visible focus indicators and “skip to content” options.
- Text and element contrast ratio meets (or aims to meet) minimum recommended levels.
- Ability to enlarge text up to 200% without harming readability.
- Alternative text (alt) for images and clear link descriptions.
- Accessible form elements: labels, error instructions, and field descriptions.
- Consistent content hierarchy and menus operable via keyboard.
- Support for mobile devices and common assistive technologies.
- Periodic self-checks using automated tools and manual reviews.
Browser and Assistive Technology Compatibility
The website is regularly tested (sample checks) with:
- Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari.
- Operating systems: Windows, macOS, Android, iOS.
- Common screen readers: NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver. Some differences may occur between different browser/OS combinations.
Third-Party Content and Services
Some pages include third-party components (e.g., maps, video players, embedded forms, or social network widgets). As these are managed by external providers, some may not fully comply with accessibility requirements. We aim to choose accessible alternatives or provide substitutes where possible.
Documents and Downloadable Files
We strive to publish accessible documents. If you encounter a document that is not accessible, we will be happy to provide an accessible version upon request.
Known Exceptions and Planned Improvements
Despite our efforts, some elements may still not be fully accessible, such as:
- Older PDF files not yet fully remediated.
- Missing text descriptions for older images.
- Third-party components not under our full control.
We prioritize and gradually fix these issues as part of an ongoing work plan.
